Pure Organic Lemon Balm Hydrolat/Flower Water (Melissa officinalis) stimulates the mind and body. It is believed to have a rejuvenating effect on the skin, restoring tone and a healthy appearance. It has been used medicinally since the Middle Ages for bath, body and skincare and is suitable for all skin types particularly problem, combination and oily skin.

Professional Tips:-

Use Lemon Balm Water as a toner for problem skin at 60% with 5% Vegetable Glycerine, 10% Liquid Aloe Vera and 15% Witch Hazel Hydrolat

Mix Lemon Balm Water with Base Formula Clay to make a mask for blemished skin

Add 2 tablespoonfuls to the bath to improve focus

Add to Base Formula SLS free Shower Gel at 2% for a stimulating "get up and go” shower

Add to the laundry rinse or spray clothes during ironing to give a subtly uplifting scent

Mix Lemon Balm Water with Aloe Vera and Seaweed Gel (50/50) and add 0.5% Spearmint and 0.5% Peppermint for a therapeutic, reviving foot treatment (reflexologists and beauticians can use this blend as a cleanser prior to treatment to freshen feet)
