TRADE CUSTOMERS

Buying for TradeWe have a special price list available for Resellers and Wholesalers who wish to sell our products on. Our wholesale terms are extremely favourable and all of our aromatherapy products can be customised with your own branding and labelling for a small premium.

There is a minimum spend requirement in order to qualify for wholesale terms and all products are subject to minimum order quantities (full pack sizes).

VAT

All of our online prices are shown excluding VAT as our main line of custom is from other businesses and as such we need to show the excluding VAT price. We also have a lot of overseas customers who are exempt from paying VAT.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Base Formula offers a 30 Day Credit Account Facility to regular users. Once you have an account you will be given a unique account number and be able to add orders from our web site to your account. With each order you will be mailed an invoice which must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice. To open an account with us you must complete our Credit Account Application Form.
