Balance Essential Oil Set

Our Balance Collection contains 5 carefully selected essential oils that are renowned for their balancing and harmonising effects on the mind and body.

The pack contains the following essential oils:

1. Geranium (10ml) is an emotionally soothing and balancing essential oil. It has a close affinity with the female system and can help with a variety of hormonal problems. It is also wonderfully balancing for the skin.
2. Rose Absolute Light (5ml) is the best essential oil for problems relating to the female reproductive system. It also has a lovely antidepressant, uplifting effect on the mood.
3. Ylang Ylang Grade II (10ml) helps balance and regulate functions of the body. It is particularly good for soothing the nervous system and lifting the mood, especially when feeling stressed, anxious, irritable, frustrated or angry.
4. Clary Sage (10ml) is great for restoring equilibrium and easing negative emotions such as nervousness, fear, anxiety and weepiness. It can also regulate the menstrual cycle and help with menopausal symptoms.
5. Jasmine Light (5ml) is excellent for the female reproductive system. It is also a powerful anti-depressant that can help warm and uplift the emotions and restore confidence and optimism.

Please note that Rose Absolute Light and Jasmine Light have been diluted at 5% in pure Jojoba.

Safety notes:

Avoid Rose in early pregnancy or if there is a history of miscarriage.

Do not use Ylang Ylang in high concentrations as it can cause nausea and headaches.
