Ginger Snap: Use carefully in small amounts and dilute well as the spices may irritate mucous membranes and sensitive skin. We recommend using no more than 2 drops diluted in an appropriate carrier in baths, and 1% dilution for massage. Spot test first if using on sensitive skin and do not use during pregnancy.
