Basil essential oil is great for helping you to relax and focus at the same time. It helps to revitalise the mind, aid concentration and inspire creativity, and is particularly useful when feeling overworked, anxious, stressed or tense.

Sweet Marjoram essential oil is believed to encourage a healthy and active mind. It has a warming and soothing effect on the emotions and is wonderfully calming during times of stress.

Sage is often described in old herbals as a ‘mental stimulant’. It is thought to sharpen the mind and aid concentration.
