Breathe Essential Oil Set

Our Breathe Collection contains a selection of essential oils that can help to clear the airways and promote easier, deeper breathing.

The pack contains the following essential oils:

1. Frankincense (10ml) is the best essential oil for slowing and deepening the breath. It is helpful for a variety of respiratory problems and is also popular for use in meditation and breathwork.
2. Benzoin Dilution (10ml) is warming and comforting and a valuable remedy for coughs, colds, asthma and other respiratory ailments. It is diluted at 50% in Benzyl benzoate for ease of use.
3. White Camphor (10ml) has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and expectorant properties that can be helpful for coughs, colds, flu and other respiratory infections.
4. Eucalyptus radiata (10ml) is helpful for viral and upper respiratory infections. It has a milder aroma that is more easily assimilated than Eucalyptus globulus, making it useful for deeper inhalations that won’t trigger a cough reflex.
5. French Lavender (10ml) is a great all-rounder that can help to relieve congestion, soothe pain, boost immunity and fight infection. 

Safety notes:

Do not use Camphor if epileptic, pregnant, suffering with a fever, or on sensitive skin.

Do not use Eucalyptus during pregnancy.
