Our Calm Collection contains 5 carefully selected essential oils that are renowned for their calming and relaxing properties.

The pack contains the following essential oils:

1. Bergamot (10ml) is often referred to as Nature’s Prozac as it has a cheering, calming, balancing effect.
2. Neroli Light (10ml) is a beautiful scented, relaxing essential oil that is helpful for a variety of stress-related issues.
3. Melissa Light (10ml) helps to balance the mood, lift the spirits and ease a troubled mind.
4. Cedarwood Atlas (10ml) has a calming and fortifying effect on the emotions. It can be helpful when feeling overwhelmed or fearful and can help promote inner strength and courage.
5. Sweet Marjoram (10ml) has a warming, soothing and fortifying effect on the nervous system. It is particularly helpful for restlessness and for aiding sleep.

Please note that Neroli Light and Melissa Light have been diluted at 5% in pure Jojoba.

Safety notes:

Bergamot is phototoxic. Do not use on the skin prior to sun exposure.

Use Melissa Light in low dilution (1%) and avoid on sensitive skin and during pregnancy.

Avoid Cedarwood Atlas during pregnancy.
