Clarity Essential Oil Set

Our Clarity Collection contains a selection of pure essential oils that can help to clear, enliven and focus the mind.

The pack contains the following essential oils:

1. Rosemary (10ml) is the best essential oil for stimulating and clearing the mind. It is also thought to help improve concentration and memory.
2. Basil Linalol (10ml) is an excellent tonic for the nerves and mind and is one of the best choices for intellectual fatigue and indecision.
3. Pine (10ml) is reviving and restorative and can help relieve mental fatigue and nervous exhaustion.
4. Eucalyptus globulus (10ml) is piercing and stimulating. It can help to relieve fatigue, keep the mind clear and dispel negative energies. It can also help with headaches.
5. Peppermint UK (10ml) has a bold, penetrating aroma that promotes alertness and clarity. It is thought to improve mental agility and deepen intuitive insight. It is also a good choice for headaches.

Safety notes:

Do not use Rosemary during pregnancy and avoid with epilepsy.

Do not use Basil during pregnancy or on sensitive skin.  Do not use in high concentrations or for prolonged periods of time.

Do not use Pine during pregnancy or on sensitive skin. Use carefully in small amounts.

Do not use Eucalyptus during pregnancy.

Do not use Peppermint during pregnancy. Use in small amounts on the skin or in the bath.
