Aromatherapy Sleep Stones

These natural volcanic Aromatherapy Sleep Stones have been infused for days in the finest organic Lavender and Chamomile essential oils, which are sourced from the UK.

Both aromatherapy oils are renowned for their soothing, calming and relaxing properties and for their ability to support more restful sleep. 

To use simply place the open jar by the side of the bed for 30 minutes to an hour before going to bed to fragrance the room. Once in bed, inhale the therapeutic aromas and allow the synergistic scent of these pure and natural essential oils to calm your mind and prepare you for sleep. You can either close the jar when you feel yourself drifting off or leave it open to support deeper, uninterrupted sleep throughout the night.

The Sleep Stones should retain their scent for up to 2 months, but they can be refreshed, when needed, by drizzling on a couple of capfuls of the refresher oil to help them maintain their potency. Once replenished, replace the lid, turn the jar a few times and leave closed for a while to allow the oils to fully absorb.
