Frankincense has long been used as an aid to meditation and prayer. It is deeply calming and helps to quieten a busy mind. It also helps open the airways and slows and deepens the breath, aiding mindful breathing methods and techniques.
Lavender Sage is clearing for the mind and can help to soothe stress, anxiety and nervous tension.
Spike Lavender helps clear the mind of fog and clutter, helping you to become more present and focused on positive thoughts.

How to use our Mindful pure essential oil blend
Diffuser: Add up to 12 drops to an aromatherapy burner or diffuser to encourage a mindful mood.
Bath: Mix 4-10 drops of oil into 15ml of Bath Oil and add to a warm bath. Lie back, relax, enjoy the soothing aromas and focus on your breath and positive thoughts.
Massage: Enjoy a mindful self-massage to connect to your mind and body. Dilute up to 4 drops of oil per 10ml of carrier oil and slowly massage into your body working up from your feet in a direction towards the heart. Use a circular, clockwise motion on the tummy.
