Our Aromatherapy Inhalers (Inhalators / Aroma Sticks) offer a highly practical and easy way of enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy inhalation wherever you may be. Simply add essential oils to the cotton wadding and insert into the inhaler. You can use a single oil or a blend of pure essential oils. We generally recommend adding 10-15 drops of essential oil, however you will not necessarily need this amount - it will depend on the strength of the oils that you are using. If you are not sure what your blend is going to smell like test it out first on a cotton bud.
If you don't want to blend your own oils try our handy Pre-Blended essential oils for a quick and easy solution.
Note: We do not recommend using synthetic fragrance oils with the Inhalers as these have no therapeutic properties.
