Breathe Easy Pure Essential Oil Blend (10ml)

Our Breathe Easy pre-blended essential oil blend contains a selection of powerful aromatherapy oils selected for their antibacterial, antiviral, decongestant and expectorant properties that will help to maintain a clearer, healthier respiratory system. Its stimulating action may also help to clear the head and combat fatigue.

Breathe Easy can be used in steam inhalations, aromatherapy inhalers or diffusers, or it can be diluted in a carrier oil, cream, lotion or unscented massage wax and applied topically to the chest, back or bottom of the feet.

For steam inhalations add 3-4 drops of essential oil to a bowl of boiling water. Place your head over the bowl and cover with a towel to seal in the vapour. Close your eyes and inhale deeply for at least 5 minutes.

If you can't do a steam inhalation pop a few drops into an aromatherapy inhaler, or onto a tissue. To use the inhaler, hold one nostril closed and place the tip of the inhaler just underneath the other nostril. Breathe in deeply and slowly through the nose then repeat on the other side. If using a tissue, simply hold over your nose and mouth and breathe as deeply as you can, taking care not to get the essential oil onto your skin.

For a back or chest vapour rub add up to 5 drops of essential oil to 15ml of carrier. Our unscented massage wax is ideal for making your own 100% natural version of Vicks Vaporub. This can also be massaged into the balls of the feet (the reflex areas that relates to the chest).
