Nicole was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at the age of 10 and suffered with an eating disorder later in her teens. Battling to recover and achieving her MBA, she went on to work within the wellbeing industry for several years as a Brand Manager, before the strains of modern-day life caused her Chronic Fatigue to return. Following her heart, she became interested in holistic therapies as a way of managing her illness and, after holistically healing herself, she decided to re-train in complementary therapies. She travelled the globe and qualified in various therapies before launching Chalet Holistics, her own specialist wellbeing centre in Warwickshire.
Nicole is now based in London. After offering homeopathy treatments at Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms in Covent Garden, she now combines her holistic expertise and specialises in wellbeing mentoring and counselling.
Over the years, Nicole has become an industry authority on wellbeing and has written for many publications including the FHT’s International Therapist Magazine, IFA's Aromatherapy Times, IFPA’s In Essence, Holistic Therapist Magazine, Your Healthy Living, Wellbeing Magazine, True Health, Natural Health Magazine, Psychologies, Positive Health, Soul & Spirit, Yoga Magazine, Kindred Spirit, Tiny Buddha, Simple Reminders, Thrive Global, Having Time and Sivana East. She has also appeared on radio shows and podcasts such as Talk Radio’s Bad Ass Women’s Hour, Jack Radio’s Wellness Hour, A Little Peace of Mind, Turning Point Project and Honestly Cat.
Responding to the Grenfell tragedy, Nicole also supported the Founder of Complementary Support Teams UK to develop a unique network of volunteer therapists to support survivors with complementary therapies including Aromatherapy.
In addition to writing on health and wellbeing, Nicole works as a Life Mentor - helping to support people in finding freedom from suffering. She shares simple ‘self-rediscovery’ principles with clients from all around the world via workshops, retreats, one on one sessions, online summits and a Facebook community group. She also speaks and facilitates at leading wellbeing centres and festivals including Balance Festival, Emerald Tiger, Rest Fest, The Awakening and Nourished Mind, More Yoga, The Life Centre and Hello Love.
Nicole loves to travel and spends much of her time house-sitting in beautiful locations around the world. She also loves yoga and writing poetry and is working on her first book about Self-Rediscovery.
