The Aquarius Personality

Aquarians are full of enthusiasm and energy. They have a strong sense of self and an individual approach to life that makes them stand out from the crowd. Sometimes bordering on eccentricity, they are fun to be around and usually are at the centre of a large circle of friends. Aquarians can have a rebellious streak and a dislike of normal rules and conventions. It is not always easy for them to keep this attitude hidden and occasionally they can find themselves in trouble as a result. Although Aquarians are very popular with a large number of people who want to be their friend they are choosy who they get close to and have a good instinct for recognising friendships which are based on genuine values.  Aquarians are loyal, confidential, generous and enjoy being of help to others which is why they make very good therapists.

Mentally and physically uplifting, it is often recommended for stress-related fatigue and to help improve focus and concentration. Lime also has an affinity with the respiratory system and is a powerful antiseptic but care must be taken if the skin is sensitive.

Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
Geranium has a delicious scent and is a very effective oil for relieving stress.
